Prices of shipping vary for each country, we have given a guideline below in local currency.

Please note
If you select to use our standard tracked service, this requires us to send the package internally to our local hub in the UK, so that we can process the payment of duties and taxes and get it ready to pass through customs. Usually items will arrive next day to our hub, however sometimes packages can be subject to a slight delay.

We are shipping from the UK.

EU

If you are shopping in the EU, duties and taxes are included in your order.
This means you will not be asked to pay additional duties or taxes at checkout and we guarantee you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Duties and taxes will not be deducted from your refund when returning from the EU. 

OUTSIDE EU

If you are shopping from another country outside of the UK & EU, you have the option to prepay any required duties, taxes and fees specific for your country during checkout, or you can choose to pay for them on delivery.
If you select to prepay at checkout, Sisterhood guarantees that you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. However if you select to pay upon delivery we can not guarantee the cost of fees you will have to pay on delivery.
Duties and taxes are nonrefundable on returns for orders shipped to these destinations.

All items are inclusive of VAT.

Please always give a full and correct shipping address, Sisterhood cannot be liable for lost packages which aren't received due to errors made in the address. Mistakes in address can cause significant delays in you receiving your order.

Please note if you fail to collect your package from a parcel shop it can take the courier up to 4 weeks to return packages to our warehouse. We are unable to process a replacement or refund during this time until the package is received back to us.
