Need to make a return? Just make sure all item's are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Any items that are returned with signs of being worn, without tags or delivered outside of the 14 day period will not be accepted and will be re-shipped to the customer.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges for different items. You will need to place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund on your original order. If you wish to make an exchange for a different size, just return the item to us within the 14 day window and include a note specifying which size you want to exchange for.

Once we've received your return please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed, once the refund is processed on our side it can take 5-7 days with your payment provider to return to your account. Return postage costs are not currently covered by Sisterhood.
Sale items are strictly exchange or store credit only. This includes any purchase made with a discount code other than our free shipping discounts.
