Need to make a return? Just make sure all item's are returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Any items that are returned with signs of being worn (including smelling of perfume or make-up marks), without tags or sent back outside of the 14 day period will not be accepted and will be re-shipped to the customer.
If you are returning internationally, as long as the package is postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date and adheres to the above it will be accepted.
If you wish to make an exchange for a different size, just return the item to us within the 14 day window and include a note specifying which size you want to exchange for. The extra postage for an exchange will be covered by us. Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges for different items. If you wish to receive a different item you will need to place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund on your original order.
Always make sure to include your full name and order number with your return; we ask that you please return items in the original packaging where possible to save waste. The return address can be found inside your original package.
Once we've received your return please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed, once the refund is processed you’ll receive an email confirmation, it can take 5-7 days with your payment provider for the funds to return to your account. Return postage costs are not currently covered by Sisterhood.
